Four phases, twelve weeks, zero lectures
We replaced slide decks with live pressure. Each phase is designed to surface a specific blind spot, then give you the reps to correct it before your next board meeting.
Diagnostic friction
In weeks one through three, we record you navigating real conflict simulations with professional actors trained in corporate dynamics. Your cohort peers review the footage with you — no facilitator filter, no softened feedback. The goal is to map the gap between what you think you project and what people actually experience in the room.
Decision architecture
Weeks four through six focus on how you structure choices under ambiguity. We use compressed case sprints drawn from real operational crises — supply chain fractures, activist investor campaigns, talent exodus events — and track your reasoning patterns in real time. You leave this phase with a personal decision playbook.
Narrative rewiring
Weeks seven through nine tackle the stories you tell stakeholders, boards, and yourself. Working with a former investigative journalist and a behavioural linguist, you rebuild how you frame strategy, risk, and accountability. Most participants discover they default to one of three narrative crutches — and learn to drop them.
Live integration
In the final three weeks, you bring a genuine strategic challenge from your organisation into the cohort. Your peers pressure-test your approach using everything learned in the prior phases. We close with a recorded session you can share with your own leadership team as a working artefact, not a certificate.
Challenges we tackle head-on
If any of these feel uncomfortably familiar, you are exactly who this programme is built for.

Let us talk about your next move
Cohorts are capped at ten seats. We accept leaders who are genuinely ready to be uncomfortable for twelve weeks. Tell us a bit about yourself and the challenge you are navigating — we will reply within two business days with a candid assessment of whether this programme is the right fit.
